THE BOOKING PROCESS
It starts with you filling out the inquiry form below. From there, I'll reach out to schedule a consultation call. Not just to go over dates and logistics, but to actually get to know you and see if we're a good fit.
Before anything else, I want to understand your day the way you see it. What you're hoping for, what you're dreaming about, and what you're afraid of missing. That conversation shapes everything.
From there, I'll put together a custom proposal built around what you actually need, not a package you have to fit yourself into. Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your contract and retainer. Your date is held for ten days from the time I send your proposal, so there's no pressure, but there's also no risk of losing it while you decide.
Once the contract is signed and your retainer is received, you're officially on my calendar, and we will start planning your engagement session.
THE PLANNING
Once you're booked, the real collaboration begins. Before your wedding day, we'll work together with each of your vendors to finalize your timeline, talk through the details that matter most to you, and make sure nothing is left to chance.
I'll be in touch with you consistently leading up to your day to ensure that we are completely aligned. By the time your day arrives, we won't feel like strangers.
THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION
One of my favorite parts of the process is your engagement session. It's not just about getting beautiful photos: it's about getting comfortable in front of my camera and working together before your big day. We'll find a location that feels like you, and I'll guide you through the whole thing.
THE BIG DAY
You won't have to worry about a thing at this point. Although we'll set aside time for portraits, I'll photograph what's actually happening: the candid, the in-between, and the real moments. And I'll make sure you have everything you need to look back on it clearly, for the rest of your life. You just focus on getting married. I'll handle the rest.
YOUR GALLERY
You'll receive sneak peaks within the first week — a small selection of images to hold you over while I work through the rest.
Your full gallery will be delivered within eight weeks. Carefully curated, edited, and organized, it'll be fully downloadable for you to preserve for years to come.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are you based?
While I am originally from Pennsylvania, I will be based out of Central Wisconsin as of August 2026. Although WI will be home base, I frequently travel for my clients.
Do you travel?
I do, and most of my weddings are out of state. I would absolutely love to travel to you or with you to document your love.
How do travel fees work?
My Destination Package includes all travel accommodations! If you are booking a Standard Package in Wisconsin for 2027, my travel is included in the package cost. If you are booking the Standard Package for out of state, I will give you a research based flat fee. This flat rate is fully customized to your day and completely covers all of my travel expenses such as flights, lodging, transportation, meals, etc.
Can you help us plan?
I would be more than happy to help wherever I can. As a fiancé myself, I understand the stress of wedding planning. If you are stuck when it comes to creating a flowing timeline or determining whether or not to include certain elements, I would love to offer my assistance.
